How long does it take to repair an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch?
We believe in the speed and efficiency of our repairs, which is why we strive to complete most repairs within 30 minutes.
This period covers the most common repairs, such as changing the screen, battery, cameras or any small defective component
Repairs carried out on the iPhone or MacBook board and Apple Watch screen replacements may take longer, due to the complexity of the service. But this is defined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the customer in advance.

How does the guarantee work for services performed at WeRepair?
We have a warranty system that varies from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the product purchased or service provided.
The customer, when soliciting the warranty due to a manufacturing defect in the product or service provided, will have their device or product subjected to a thorough analysis by WeRepair professionals to determine the origin of the problem.
Once the service failure or manufacturing defect of the product is identified, we begin the warranty procedure, in accordance with the warranty terms.
Do you sell Apple devices?
Yes. We work with sales of pre-owned and new Apple devices. You can check out our full catalog of devices for sale here.
Do you accept used devices for exchange? How can I check how much my old device will be worth?
Yes. We accept iPhone 8 and above in exchange.
Just bring your old device to one of our Units in Araraquara, São Carlos or Matão. We emphasize that we do not carry out evaluations via message or telephone, as it is essential to examine the device properly to assess its condition. This step is crucial, as the evaluation considers several criteria, such as the condition of the screen, housing, cameras and other components.
Upon completing the evaluation, we will present the corresponding values for purchasing the device or for a possible exchange for another iPhone in our store.
It is important to note that each evaluation is valid for 7 calendar days. After this period, it will be necessary to carry out a new assessment by our technicians.
Regarding battery health, it is important to note that we will always consider the need to change the battery if the iPhone has already been used. This way, we can ensure that our customers receive devices with new, original batteries in perfect condition, with 100% health.
